Her Vows
Chris, that fateful night at the Irish pub in Sydney will forever be a part of our love story. My first vow to you is to never buy us a bucket of mango flavored beer again. I love you Chris Sharp, and our life together has been and will be a beautiful and bumpy ride, with laughs and cries and fond memories to last us a lifetime. Thank you for being exactly who you are, and accepting me as I am while taking my heart into your kind and gentle calloused hands with the upmost love and respect. Through all the changes we will come across in our lives together I promise to always be there for you. I promise to encourage you, to lift you up and to make your needs, your passions in life and your dreams a priority. I promise to try and be more patient, especially when your laundry starts building up or your shoes are in the wrong place. I promise to let you win an argument sometimes and not get too worked up over the little things. I also promise to not only listen but to hear you. Chris, you are my best friend and my one true love. I loved you yesterday, I love you today and I will love you forevermore.
His Vows
From the moment I first saw you I fell in love. You where and are perfect in every way. Every time I see you it makes my heart fill up and the way you always meet me at the door there is no better feeling. You were so small when you first come home and it’s be an absolute joy to watch you grow because you are the most amazing dog anyone could ask for, I love you nala.
Ohh Matt I think you gave me the wrong speech, this is the one for nala, I need Betties vows.
Bettie I love you unconditionally for exactly who you are, you have made this the easiest decision of my life to stand here and become your husband. A regular guy like me would be able to convince such a beautiful, intelligent, driven and caring person like you to go on a second date with me still blows my mind. Meeting you in Sydney that night changed my life and after only a few dates I knew you were the one I wanted to spend my life with. I stand here today in front of the people I love to make a few promises to you. I promise whenever you need a massage I will always buy you a Groupon voucher to get one because I know you hate my massages. I promise to play at least one round of golf a week so you can have some alone time. I promise to be by your side during all the good times and the hard times and know that there is nothing in life so difficult that we can’t get through together. I promise to try and make you smile and laugh every day because making you happy is the most important thing to me. I am the luckiest man in the world to be standing here by you side and couldn’t imagine growing old with anyone but you
For its plain as anyone can see we were simply meant to be

Something old: Wedding dress
Something new: Hair clip and earrings
Something borrowed: Nan's pearl necklace that ended up breaking at dinner
Something blue: Garter that a resident gave me at Starrett
